Neeb Haven: A New Poultry Barn Built for the Future
County Line Equipment Ltd. is proud to recognize Neeb Haven Poultry Barn on the completion of its new poultry barn in New Hamburg, Ontario.
This new build brings together modern barn construction and advanced poultry equipment to create an efficient, well-managed environment for the flock. County Line Equipment was pleased to work alongside the project contributors and help bring this new facility to life.
Designed for Modern Poultry Production
The new barn measures 330 feet by 65 feet and features a flat ceiling, double-wall construction and PVC interior liner throughout the barn and office areas.
Additional building features include a dedicated 12-foot by 66-inch entrance, utility and storage area, along with end-wall canopies.
Every element of the build was designed to support a functional and efficient poultry operation.
Advanced Poultry Equipment and Technology
At the heart of the new facility is the VALLI Volo Baby Area aviary system, providing a modern housing solution for the operation.
The barn also incorporates a range of climate and management technologies, including:
- SKOV Combi Tunnel Design
- SKOV DA820, BF50 and BF55 variable-speed fans
- Light trap wall
- SKOV BlueControl climate and management system
- 24-volt emergency opening control
- Bird scale system
- SKOV modular ceiling inlets
- Tunnel door system
- Integrated evaporative cooling system
- Feed inventory and consumption management
Together, these systems help support barn climate management, ventilation and operational oversight.
