Lubing OptiGROW 4095 Broiler Drinking System
The LUBING OptiGROW 4095 Broiler Drinking System is designed to provide precise water delivery throughout the different stages of broiler growth. The OptiGROW nipple uses a soft-triggering design for young birds while allowing increased water delivery as birds apply more upward pressure as they mature.
The system is built with chemical-resistant stainless-steel components and an engineered thermoplastic housing. Its larger triggering pin helps retain a water droplet that attracts birds to the nipple, which can help day-old chicks get off to a strong start.

Optional LitterGard Cups
The OptiGROW system can be configured with nipples with or without LitterGard cups. One-arm and two-arm cup configurations are shown in the system diagram on page 3. The cups are designed to catch occasional drips to help protect litter and improve environmental conditions.
Flushing & Water Pressure Control
The Optima E-Flush pressure regulator provides built-in flushing and allows water pressure to be adjusted using the regulator knob. The system can also incorporate an optional solenoid and LUBING LCW Touch Control for automated flushing on a programmed schedule or when water temperature reaches a selected maximum.
Upgrade Existing Drinking Lines
One of the useful features highlighted in the spec sheet is the ability to upgrade existing sections without replacing the entire drinking system. Pipe/rail adapters can accommodate LUBING square water pipes on existing nipple drinking systems, providing flexibility when upgrading an existing installation.
