Valli Volo Baby Area Rearing Aviary System

The Volo Baby Area Rearing Aviary is a flexible poultry rearing system designed to support young birds during the early stages of development. The system provides an organized rearing environment with adjustable drinking lines, accessible platforms, lifting doors and multiple configuration options.

The Volo Baby Area is designed around an optimum ratio between usable area, feeding space and perches, helping producers make efficient use of the available rearing space.

Designed for Pullet Rearing

The Volo Baby Area provides a dedicated environment for rearing young poultry, with brooding beginning on the first floor. This configuration helps operators inspect the birds during the first few weeks of age.

First-floor access also provides convenient access for inspection, cleaning and catching birds as needed throughout the rearing process.

Flexible Rearing Aviary Design

The system incorporates lifting and foldable platforms and terraces, along with a folding outside stepping rail and perches. These features provide flexibility as birds develop and move through the rearing environment.

The Volo Baby Area can also be supplied with outside ramps from the floor to the first level, providing another configuration option for the rearing house.

Adjustable Drinking Lines

All drinking lines on the Volo Baby Area are adjustable in height, allowing the system to accommodate the requirements of the birds as they grow.

Manure Drying Options

The Volo Baby Area is available with or without a PVC duct for manure drying, giving producers flexibility when configuring the rearing system for their facility.

Double-Decker Configuration

For additional flexibility in poultry house design, the Volo Baby Area is also available in a double-decker configuration. The product documentation illustrates the system with moveable platforms and a second-floor platform.
