SKOV DA1540 Ceiling Inlets
The DA 1540 Ceiling Inlet is an efficient, compact fresh air inlet designed for ceiling-mounted ventilation systems. The inlet brings fresh air into the barn through the attic and is designed to help provide controlled airflow under different ventilation conditions.
Constructed from dirt-repellent, easy-to-clean injection-moulded materials, the DA 1540 Ceiling Inlet is supplied fully assembled with an inlet casing, draw hook with cord and inlet flap. The insulated inlet is available in standard, high-pressure and Chill Inlet configurations to accommodate different barn designs and ventilation requirements.

Designed for Controlled Barn Ventilation
During colder periods, the DA 1540 Ceiling Inlet can supply the required volume of air at a low air velocity. During periods of higher ventilation requirements, the inlet is designed to maintain the Coanda effect, allowing incoming air to travel along the ceiling before moving into the barn.
The Chill Inlet provides an alternative airflow pattern by directing air down into the animal zone when additional cooling is required.
