The Cumberland Komfort Kooler™ Evaporative Cooling System helps poultry producers manage high temperatures and reduce heat stress by cooling incoming ventilation air before it enters the barn.

Using the natural cooling effect of evaporation, the Komfort Kooler™ passes warm outside air through water-saturated cooling pads. As water evaporates, heat is absorbed from the incoming air, helping lower barn temperatures and create a more comfortable environment for poultry.

Designed for dependable agricultural performance, the Komfort Kooler™ combines durable cooling pads, efficient water circulation and flexible installation options. Available in open-top, closed-top and double-stack configurations, the system can be adapted to different poultry house layouts and ventilation requirements.

The Komfort Kooler™ pre-formed square trough provides an integrated reservoir for collecting and recirculating water.

With a capacity of 2.1 US gallons per foot, the trough holds 24% more water than the round-tube system used in Cumberland’s comparison.

The pre-formed design eliminates the need for field cutting of round reservoir tubes, helping simplify installation.

A rigid molded plastic tray with a Snap Lock feature holds the cooling pads securely in position.

The Komfort Kooler™ uses heavyweight paper cooling pads designed for water absorption and dependable agricultural operation.

A protective resin coating helps improve pad durability and resist fungal growth.
