Double L Group LLC TV57 Tri-Creep ValuCast Farrowing Floor
The TV57 Tri-Creep ValuCast Farrowing Floor is a self-supporting combination farrowing floor designed to provide a hygienic, durable and easy-to-clean flooring solution for farrowing barns. Combining corrosion-resistant galvanized steel tri-bar creep sections with durable ValuCast cast iron flooring, the system is designed to meet the different needs of sows and piglets.
The self-cleaning design features 50% openings in the creep area, allowing manure to readily filter into the hog pit. The floor can also be pressure washed from the top in both directions, making it easier to clean both the top and bottom surfaces without removing or turning over the creep sections.

Easy Installation & Maintenance
The TV57 system is designed with straightforward Lock-n-Load assembly for installation. Once the self-supporting creep sections are installed, the ValuCast floor sections can be inserted and interlocked into place.
The open creep design also makes routine cleaning easier, helping producers efficiently pressure wash the flooring from above.
